Building Dreams in Assam

Complete G+1 building plan with structural drawings in Beltola. The plot was narrow, so we made the rooms feel spacious and airy, placing windows to catch the morning sun and ensure cross-ventilation for Assam’s weather. A Puja room sits in the northeast corner as per Vastu.

Elevation and 3D modeling for a commercial space with retail shops on the ground floor and offices above. We designed wide corridors and two staircases to meet fire safety norms, with a glass and ACP front elevation for a modern business look.

Architectural blueprint mixing modern comfort with traditional Assamese aesthetics. The house is raised at plinth level to stay damp-proof during heavy rains, with a large front verandah, a double-height living room, and a landscaped garden of local plants.

Cozy master bedroom design with a hidden walk-in closet built behind the TV unit. Warm teak wood laminates and soft cove lighting create a relaxing atmosphere, with hydraulic bed storage and a floating study desk near the window.

L-shaped modular kitchen with acrylic finish. BWP marine ply cabinets prevent water damage, and high-gloss acrylic shutters are easy to wipe clean. Includes a tall pantry unit, wicker vegetable basket, and a branded chimney.

Contemporary living room with a sleek TV unit combining marble-finish laminate and wooden louvers. The false ceiling carries colour-changing LED strip lights, and curtains and sofa fabric were selected to match the wall colours.

Spa-like bathroom renovation with a glass shower partition separating wet and dry areas. Large anti-skid vitrified tiles, Jaguar fittings, and a wall-mounted commode, with full waterproofing to prevent future leakage.

Feature wall design for an office reception using 3D PVC wall panels for a modern, dynamic entrance. Texture paint on the side walls and spotlighting highlight the company logo — a quick, cost-effective upgrade.
